LUCKY LOTS: IS ANTIPOLO THE HEART OF THE DRAGON?

FENG SHUI TIPS FOR YOUR NEXT PROPERTY

Figuring out the best spot for your next home? Don’t worry, Feng Shui can help you make a wise investment. A good feng shui means good health, happiness, and prosperity, which then attracts good energy for your home.

Applying the principles of Feng Shui can be a great way to be certain that the property you want to invest in is the right place for you. Here are some Feng Shui tips to consider when choosing and building your property.

Consider and study the location

In Feng Shui, the location of a property is involved with the quality of energy that enters it (Borbon, 2018). The real estate broker’s mantra for a desirable property is, “location, location, location.”

A book by Richard Webster in 2012 notes that areas around the dragon’s heart and stomach are particularly good. These are the ones that appear in the form of ridges and hills (Skinner, 2011).

Additionally, the property should also make you feel a sense of tranquility. It should receive good energy from its surroundings—a clean street, good neighbors, and a safe, easy to find location.

Luckily, we have a location just like that. According to some Feng Shui beliefs, Eastland Heights and Sunvalley Estates are both located at the Heart of the Dragon.

Located in Antipolo City which sits on elevated topography, these two locations offer a temperate climate and natural surroundings that allow a tranquil, easy-going lifestyle.

Our clients also instantly feel a sense of peace driving on wide roads surrounded by treelines, and having a breathtaking view of Metro Manila. It features exceptional amenities and open spaces which are viewed in Feng Shui to attract positive energy.

Mind the front door

The main door of the house receives the energy. It is called the Mouth of Ch’i in Feng Shui (Daigneault, 2018). The front door should be easy to navigate, and the path leading to it should be wide, unobstructed, and well lit. Also make sure that the front door does not lead directly to a staircase, which will cause all the good energy to go to the upper floors and leave none for the ground floor (Borbon, 2018).

Check the rooms inside

It is common knowledge that the living room should be visible as soon as you enter the house. Other Feng Shui tips are to put your kitchen near the back of the house, and to regularly check faucets for leaks, as this may mean the draining of wealth from the house. Bathrooms should also be painted with colors such as blue, which represents purity and cleansing, or green, which represents life and growth (Borbon, 2018).

Considering these tips can help you find a good Feng Shui home. Always remember to pay attention when you have a good feeling about something – it’s your Inner Feng Shui steering you towards a wise investment.
