I started my career with Landco & Ayala Land helping OFWs around the world invest in Philippine real estate—guiding them through an industry I loved but knew could be intimidating and overwhelming. Over the years, I transitioned to serving my hometown of Antipolo, helping everyday people navigate the market, flip properties, conduct due diligence, help buyers find their dream homes, while also helping frustrated sellers finally close on properties they struggled to sell. Overtime I combined my passion for videography and content creation and I partnered with developers from boutique projects (ex. Martinez Leyba, 650 Homes) to familiar names (ex. Megaworld GERI, Anchorland) —creating marketing videos that connected the right properties with the right buyers. Along the way, I also worked with brokerages and was once a REMAX 100 Club member before deciding to go fully independent, I met incredible brokers, clients, and developers, explored countless properties, and deepened my understanding of how transformative real estate can be when done right.
