TVs, laptops, and smartphones release electromagnetic energy even if they’re not used. Keep them away from you so you get to relax after a whole day of being in front of your screens.
Books
While it is okay to keep a few books in your room, storing too much of them in your bedroom can overpower your space and make it feel like it’s still a place for work. Just keep the ones you might want to read before you go to bed.
