Eastland Heights is one of my favorite developments in Antipolo. Not only because it’s developed by one of the country’s most prominent developers, Megaworld, but also because of its excellent amenities and features.
Eastland Heights is a 640-hectare development by Megaworld Corporation’s Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. The village boasts of having the world-renowned Forest Hills Golf Course as its centerpiece, as well as picturesque views you can enjoy day in and day out.
Whatever your lot requirements are, Eastland Heights got it for you. If you’re looking for a decent-spaced lot for your future home, you can score a property with about 250 sqm. On the other hand, if you’re into investing in a bigger space for your ultimate dream home, you can get lots up to 3,000 sqm.
On top of this, you can also choose the best view from your property. New phase. Eastland Heights is said to be developing a new phase with even more scenic views of the mountains and the city skyline. Since many have already invested, their inventory is almost sold out. This expansion gives more opportunities for property hunters like you to score a great lot in this top-notch village.
