WHY ITS GOOD: It’s 0% interest! You don’t normally find this type of deal in the market especially for the more prime villages like Sun Valley, Havila or Eastland Heights. To own a lot under these terms, you don’t need to pay a reservation fee. Because your first payment already counts as the reservation AND the 1st installment out of 60, where 60=5 years. That’s a lot of savings.

Let’s compare this to bank financing, where banks usually offer 7% interest. For me, the Sun Valley in-house financing option is better because at a 1% difference, you don’t need to go thru the more complicated loan approval process.
